Refunds and Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return goods bought from the RA Online Shop. By law, customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered (the statutory cooling off period). This applies to all our items with the following exceptions:
- items that have been personalised
- earrings suitable for pierced ears
If you wish to return goods, or if your purchase has been damaged in transit, please return it in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation and stating the nature of the defect (if applicable) within 14 days of delivery. RAE will issue either a refund or replacement(s) subject to availability within 30 days. Please specify which you would prefer. A refund will be issued for postage paid only if the item is found to be defective or if it was incorrectly supplied from the original order. RAE reserves the right to charge the direct costs for the return of your item if you do not cover this expense yourself. RAE may offset the postage cost which it has incurred against your refund. RAE recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches RAE.
