About the Author/Illustrators
Giancarlo Ascari is the author of the utopian comic book Sarà una bella società (2012), the graphic novels, Tutta colpa del ’68 (2008) and Love Stories (2005).
Pia Valentinis was awarded Best Illustrator in the XXI Edition of the Andersen Prize, the prestigious Italian award for children’s books. In 2012, her book Gli Alberi (2012), co-authored with Mauro Evangelista, won the award for Best Educational book. Both are based in Italy.
