This ‘Concertina’ will remain only half open and silent. The rhythmic relationship between the squares and circles takes the place of song and gives the work a joyful aspect.
Its lighthearted appearance however, gives way to a more sober moment with the dedications inscribed on the inside. As Mali Morris RA explains: “W.E.M., B.M., and J.McL.: my father William Elidir Morris, my sister-inlaw Bernadette Morris, and my friend John McLean, all had Parkinson’s. I made this work in their memory.”
We want to make sure your order reaches you as safely as possible. Therefore, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all purchases of unframed prints from the RA Editions store will be dispatched once the RA has reopened. Delivery charges are detailed here. Please note that purchses of unique works that are for collection only will only be available for collection once the RA has reopened. The RA Editions Team will be in touch regarding all orders upon the RA reopening.
During this period our Returns Policy will be extended. For any order queries, please Contact Us.
UK tracked delivery is charged at £20, unless the work is collection only

Art and science unite with Cure3. Established in 2017 and now in its third edition, Cure3 was devised and curated by Artwise in partnership with Bonhams to raise awareness and funds for The Cure Parkinson's Trust.
Participating artists are each given a bespoke Perspex cube measuring just 20cm3 as a compact space to interact with and to create original artworks on or within. For Cure3 2020, over 90 artists participated, including several of our Royal Academicians. These collectable artworks launched at Bonhams 5-8 September this year and we are proud to be showcasing a selection of the works this winter.
