Artwork description

How is it to inhabit one’s body and feel through it? Adham Faramawy explores the question in a piece that won him the RA's Keeper’s Print Prize.

Faramawy’s work also examines how the sense of self each person creates for themselves relates to a digital culture of mediated images. In his broader practice, the Dubai-born contemporary artist works with digital video, painting, sculptural installation, computer software programs, and print, to test the complexities of cultural identity.

All proceeds from the sale of RA Editions prints go directly to support the RA Schools.
