Adam Dant is renowned for creating highly detailed prints, drawings and maps with elaborate narratives that trace their lineage back to the works of eighteenth-century social commentary artists such as James Gillray and William Hogarth. Rather than creating direct political satire, Dant deploys the anecdotal and the everyday in a humorous way to reveal the slippery contingencies of contemporary life.
The RA Editions programme generates valuable revenue for the RA and in particular the RA Schools.
