Refunds & Returns
We want you to be delighted with your online purchase, so if your goods are unwanted for any reason, please let us know you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You may use this form to tell us you wish to cancel the purchase. You must then return the unwanted goods, unused and in original packaging to:

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches the RAE. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been personalised or earrings suitable for pierced ears.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please call us on 0800 634 6341 or email email@example.com for advice on how to return the good(s) in the original packaging with all relevant documentation. Please also state the nature of the defect and let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have fourteen days after receipt of the artwork to request a refund. Please contact the Art Sales team 0207 300 5933 / 07753 137605, Mon - Fri 9.30am – 5.30pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The artwork must then be returned in the manner described above. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition, with all of its original packaging.
