Orders are usually shipped within 14 working days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
UK tracked delivery is charged at £9.50, unless the work is collection only.
International delivery is calculated by weight and can be seen at checkout.
The decisive mark-making used by Hicklin reflects a direct approach to printmaking that delivers etchings rich in light, shadow and contrast. He often works (as does Norman Ackroyd who taught him) straight on to soft zinc plates while he is out in the landscape. The alchemy of the etching process is of fundamental importance to his work: as in these prints, Hicklin positively chooses to embrace the element of chance which is introduced during the transformative corrosion of the plate.

Jason Hicklin, originally from Wolverhampton, studied at St. Martin’s College of Art where he was taught by Royal Academician and printmaker, Norman Ackroyd RA.
