Mick Moon RA studied at Chelsea School of Art (1958-1962) and at the Royal College of Art (1962-63), becoming Senior Lecturer at the Slade School of Fine Art (1973-1990).
His international solo exhibitions include the Tate Gallery, London (1976), Ikon Gallery, Birmingham (1980) and the Bowles Sorokko Gallery, San Francsico (1996).
A painter and printmaker adept at layering content and colour, he was elected Royal Academician in 1994, and lives and works in London.
