*** Royal Academy closure refund policy ***
Items purchased from the RA Online Shop and RA Shop from 1st February 2020 until the reopening of the RA will have an extended returns and refunds period provided it is unused and in its original packaging. We ask that customers wanting a refund get in touch with our RA Online Shop team. Please do not post or bring products back to the RA. The RA customer services Team will be in touch again once the RA has reopened.
Once the refund has been approved and the RA has reopened you will be asked to return the unwanted goods, unused and in original packaging to:

Please do post or try to return anything to the RA Warehouse or Royal Academy until a member of our RA Online Shop team has been in touch with you.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches the RAE. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In addition to your right to cancel noted above, the Goods you ordered must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Within 30 days of the delivery, you may exercise the right to a refund if the product purchased is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been personalised or earrings suitable for pierced ears.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please call us on 0207 300 5841 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm or email email@example.com for advice on how to return the good(s) in the original packaging with all relevant documentation. Please also state the nature of the defect and let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
Pre-Packaged Friends Memberships
Purchases for Pre-Packaged Friends Memberships are treated as a donation to the Royal Academy of Arts and as such is non-refundable. For any queries regarding Friends Memberships please contact 0207 300 8090, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, if purchased before 1st February 2020 you have fourteen days after receipt of the artwork to request a refund. If purchased after 1st February 2020 you can request a refund up until 14 days after the reopening of the RA. Please contact the RA Editions team 0207 300 5933, Mon - Fri 9.30am – 5.30pm or email the RA Editions team
Please do not post or bring products back to the RA. The RA Editions team will be in touch again once the RA has reopened.
The artwork must then be returned once the RA has reopened in the manner described above. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition, with all of its original packaging.
