Returns & Refunds

 Not happy with your purchase or changed your mind? Sorry to hear it!

Not to worry, we have a return and refund period of 28 days for general orders, and 14 days for artworks*. 

We can only accept items that are unused, in mint condition and in original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can only exchange or refund earrings for pierced ears with their hygiene seal intact.
For the Limited Edition William Kentridge & Eau de Parfum, we can only exchange or refund if unopened with packaging intact.

Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned in-store; please start your online return process below. Similarly, in-store purchases can only be returned in-store. We will need to see your proof of purchase, so please keep hold of your receipt.

*Original Art

If your artwork arrives damaged, talk to us within 14 days. We’ll be happy to refund or replace the work where possible.

If you are unhappy with your decision, let us know within 14 days. Art and editions can be refunded or exchanged for another work from our extensive collection.

 

Return Postage

We will pay the shipping cost for any returns where the products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For International orders, to claim back any import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. Talk to us if you have any questions.

 

Friends Membership Gift Boxes

All our Friends Membership Gift Boxes are treated as a donation to the RA and as such are non-refundable. This includes the Varnishing Day: A Moment in Time Friends Membership Portfolio Package. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace Friends Membership Vouchers or Gift Vouchers that are lost or misplaced once received by the recipient.
