Product story
John Bratby RA was the artist selected to create the 1966 Summer Exhibition poster. Bratby was known as one of the Kitchen Sink painters; a group of artists working in the 1950s, painting scenes from everyday life. This poster was a collaboration with the artist and designer Gordon House, who worked on many posters with Academicians.
