Product story

This hand-tinted limited edition print by Jennifer Dickson depicts a detail of the River Hirathlyn which runs through Bodnant Garden in Wales. It is one of a cohesive group of garden images in which she explores the drama and beauty of a number of man-made historical gardens, both in the UK and beyond. Dickson is renowned for the hand-tinted etchings and archival digital prints in which she captures the atmospheric pleasures of European architecture and landscape. Her imagery is characterised by vibrant colour, dramatic tonal contrasts and intense detail.

All proceeds from sales of this work go directly to support the non-profit-making areas of the Royal Academy, particularly the RA Schools.
